We accept returns on items that are in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Items marked as “Final Sale,” clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items are also not eligible for return.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 6–8 business days after processing. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
